Delivery information and costs
Payment on the site is by credit/debit card only. If you are buying on behalf of
an educational establishment and need an invoice, please print out your order
and fax it to 08701 245 446. Standard P&P for online orders is £2.50. For
all other order types P&P is £4.50. We aim to deliver orders within 7
working days.
Channel 4 Learning Shop Returns Policy
Any item can be returned within 45 days of the invoice date for a full refund.
Please return any items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible
for goods lost in the post. All returned items must be accompanied by a
completed returns note showing the reason for return.
Channel 4 Learning will pay the cost of shipping charges if the return falls
into one of the categories below:

30-day approval goods not wanted

Goods damaged on arrival

Incorrect product sent

Faulty goods
If the one of the above applies please call our customer service line on 08701
246 444 and a prepaid label will be sent to you.
If the goods are returned for any other reason you will be expected to pay
adequate postage which will not be reimbursed.
Managing your account

Creating an account:
You will not be asked to create an account until you wish to purchase
something, but until you do create an account you will not be able to track
your wish list.

Password:
Your password can be any easily remembered word.

Order history:
Once you have an account you can change account details and view any product
reviews you have given.

Order status:
Once you have an account you can check the order status in Order History.

Cancellation rights:
You are entitled to cancel your order by calling 08701 246 444. If the order
has already been processed and despatched you will have to return it - see
Returns Policy, above.

Updating personal details (delivery address, billing address, email address
etc): Once you have an account and have logged in, you will have
the option to change any of your details using the My Details tab.
Privacy Policy
The information collected on this site includes:
Users' IP addresses, which are automatically logged by our web server. IP
addresses are used to observe users' interest in this website (number of
visits, etc.).

information and we always request that children ask their parents or teachers

address, mailing address, telephone number, credit or debit card number. This
